False, it’s showing appreciation to someone.
I fab lots and it could be the angle, the teasing , the location.
It’s a personal preference but it just says that they have taken a great picture and not can we get married and elope together 😂 |

Several years ago I had someone send me a first message out of the blue abusing me for being up myself and ignoring "all men", which was news to me.
