Another Olympics question

So with Paris 2024 ending today……2028 will be in LA, and 2032 will be in Brisbane

Should London bid for 2036?

The good news is that London is well equipped after 2012 that we really won’t need to spend too much money as we have most of the venues in place….

And I remember what a smile 2012 put in place for the country

So…… should we?

Nah they liked wouldn't give the games to London so soon. There would only be 24 year gap in between games.

I don't know who the host cities are but I wouldn't be surprised if Dubai or a Saudi city like Jeddah would bid for the games in 2036

All over

If we do should come up north, not London. I would suggest Leeds but then again it took them 40 years to decide whether to have tram or not and could notveven agree on a new aiport but waste time and money on little disjointed projects.

Yeah Fabbio! I'd love London to host them again.

I would adore another London Olympics….. it looks like Paris has brought France together just like London did the UK…..

Remember the smile the UK had on their faces for 4 weeks… Olympics and Paralympics

Really? That would be amazing! Does feel a bit soon, comparatively, but there aren't actually that many countries that can feasibly host.

Guess China will get them again before too long. Canada probably due another shot, if they wanted them. Wonder if we'll ever see joint bids like the World Cup?

I remember the positivity of Glasgow hosting the Commonwealth Games in 2014. We even had Clyde mascot statues in spots around the city.

Normal service was resumed when one got pinched a week after the competition.
