Oh I have those fairly often. In fact I think I'll go make it my status again.
Opening fab to 48 hey how are you messages gets tiresome.
Personally, I only message someone if I have something I consider interesting to talk to them about. This varies between people.
The only time I ask someone how they are is if we're already friends and I know they're going through something 💜 |

Personally we groan at the "hey guys, so what are you looking for" opening gambits.
Said messenger has already viewed our profile - obviously too busy gawking at pictures instead of reading it, where it clearly states exactly what we're looking for. |
