Had to use a digital dice roller as LadyBoner is currently sleeping on my arm, I got 24"
Then you can indeed have a ring of wish at level 1, but it will be somewhat limited until level 3. |

Yes. Can't have you overpowering the entire game.
1 wish at level 1
2 at level 2
3 at levels 3 and up.
Requirements - roll 2 D8 and the wish will only be granted on a role of 14 and up at level 1, 12 and up at level 2 and 10 and up at all other levels . |
