Morning, at this time I would normally be in the middle of a 2 hour swim at the local lake, but injured my shoulder 3 weeks ago and physio has banned me, so I'm at a loss for something to do

When you look down, that's South, when you look up is north. A bit more complicated for East and West, especially if you don't know your left ftom your right  |
