How many times a day do you tell them?

Almost never.
It's very much a show, not tell thing for me.
Someone telling me they love me everyday? Means nothing. Showing me every day? Means everything. And I do my best to make sure the people I love know what they mean to me whenever I can.
Oh. Except my dog. She hears songs about how much I love her all the time. The poor thing 💜 |

Omg you don’t tell them?
I am big words of affirmation. I love telling my partner and I LOVE hearing it. I tell both my partners at least 10-20 times a day 
And my daughter too. We tell each other multiple times a day. Some times she just calls me and I’m like ‘yeah?’ And she’s like ‘I love you’ 🥰🥰🥰🥰 |

It is a love language. But it's not my love language. And I do struggle to maintain relationships with those who need it. I do try, but it's just not me unfortunately, and connections with those people tend to fizzle out fast. |

I've told my son every time I speak to him from being born to now and he's 34.
Tell my grandchildren. Not good at telling my.mum and sister I tell my friends and used to tell my late partner all the time |

My teenage boys don't like me saying it anymore. It's embarrassing, apparently 
Now I have to respect their wishes and I only tell them when they're feeling blue.
When they were little it was several times a day 
If I'm in a committed relationship I say it a few times a day.

Mother = once a decade maybe
Daughter = once a day
Son was same as daughter but he 17 now so would be mortified
Friends = every time we d*unk together haha and sometimes just if other is feeling down ect |

I tell my son I love him a lot - as he doesn’t live with me so I can’t show it in person, I always tell him so he always knows.
He’s 10 so he doesn’t say it back to me all the time but that’s cool - he still gives me hugs 🥰
