Guilty pleasure of mine has always been discovering who's on the site that I already know IRL. There are at least 2 guys at the company I work at who I managed to figure out due to tattoos. Never brought it up of course, that feels a bit mad.
Does anybody else do this or is it just my voyeurism that's making me do it?  |

Hubby works in the middle of nowhere so to be within a mile meant they had to be on site. He came across 2 people (never did work out who they were) so stopped having his on at work.
He travels a lot now and is often in Belfast. He'll put a status up to say he's visiting the area but did realise a little while ago that if anyone he works with came across his profile they would know who he is as there aren't a huge amount of Scotsmen living in Somerset visiting Belfast. He now changes his location when he's looking. |

I use it regularly but then I’m self employed and only work a couple of months a year.
I think it’s interesting to know who else is about and whilst I wouldn’t approach anyone face to face, I have messaged people and asked if they’d like to say hello. They’ve said yes every time but that’s been at the beach not a workplace!!!
If I was alone, I’d be happy for someone to talk to me, albeit with discretion.
