There are precedents that can guide us here.

In Denmark, Danish pastries are called Vienna pastries. Therefore we can ascertain that the ideal separation is roughly 900km (Copenhagen to Vienna)

With Berlin falling a similar distance to Paris we can surmise that the logical naming using the conventions established in the previous example would be a "Berliner"
