Randomly came up on my playlist but Metallica with SFS Orchestra, No leaf clover at minute 3:41 it gets me everytime.
Second would be the Rolling stones, you can't always get what you want. Whenever the choir comes in.
Third would be Bob Marley, Natural Mistic, as soon as you hear that guitar.
Fourth would be John Denver, Country Roads. Just close your eyes and listen.
Fifth has to be Joe Crocker, Feelin’ Alright.

"First time ever I saw your face"
I could not disagree with that. Written by Ewan MacColl for his wife Peggy Seeger. Now that is romantic.
I saw Peggy Seeger in concert in Glasgow a few years ago. A wonderful singer. |

Might I also add "The Blower's Daughter" by Damien Rice? |

Always liked Pavarotti, that combination was great! Not so sure about Camille though lol. I've heard do you wanna know for years without realising what I was listening to. The type of song to go on a mission to |

The Flaming Lips - Do You Realize
Funnily enough though when I saw them at Glastonbury it was 'Waiting for a Superman' that actually made me physically blub. Much to the disgust of my mate who said it was embarrassing 🙄
In my defence the mushrooms had kicked in massively by then 😭😭 |

"Atmosphere Joy Division "
Oh yes! That one another one that got me tearing up when they played it after announcing John Peel had died. Pretty sure that was on Radio 1 as well. Was trundling down the M4 from Brizzle at the time. 😭 |

Brilliant! Could probably say the same about Superman and I remember having a ridiculous kinda grin on my face but could not stop the tears literally pissing out of my eyes 😁😭
This one too I mean picking a Radiohead song is fucking difficult for me and I'm still not convinced but I'm going with..
Let Down 😁😭😁😭 |

Oh and M83 - Outro.
The Night We Met - Lord Huron
Young and Beautiful - Lana Del Rey
Janis Joplin's Piece of My Heart.
The Temper Trap's - Sweet Disposition.
And a bit cheesier but still gives me tingles - Celine Dion's It's All Coming Back To Me Now.
There are more but that's enough. |

For Camile, it's that mysterious intro. I always think of the beginning of beauty and the beast, the Disney 1990's version. It gets the goose bumps.
Sole mio - I literally cry every time I hear it. I get so wrapped into and drawn into the music.
Dizzy rascal - Bonkers
When it's played REALLY loud and the bass thumps in your chest. I just get it. I love that one.
Editors - no sound but the wind.
Another one that cuts right through and another I absolutely love.

It’s strange, I came on here to actually put down a Chris Cornell track for myself that just moves me every time I hear it, and then to see that people are posting other Chris Cornell tracks and covers he done notably a sinead O’Connor track, and you know stuff that he’s done with audiosl8ve just tells me more and more about how Chris’s approach to music and hitting people right in the feels, and making it means something & having impact. Fecking mess him.
The Chris Cornell song I was gonna say it means quite a lot to me is ‘seasons’.
Have a good day.
RIP Chris.

yma o hyd by dafydd iwan is pretty spine tingly ... especially when sung by 40,000 people
as is hen wlad fy nhadau by james james .... people start to involuntarily weep and get gooseflesh when it's sung on acount of the harmonics in the tunes structure |

The first time I heard both Radiohead's Street Spirit and Live's Lightning Crashes were live in concert and both songs gave me and my fellow audience members the absolute "WTF is THIS we're hearing???" chills |

Love that one too. Ma Fleur was a favourite album back in the day. I got to see Patrick Watson last summer and he is spine tingling good live, Here comes the river was beautiful. Got to see Cinematic Orchestra last October so I can die happy now.
Plainsong - The Cure
The place I want to be - Saint Saviour, Badly Drawn Boy

For me and it’s on my funeral wish list … it’s Edward Elgar’s
Nimrod
It’s a work which is so moving to me, I have seen live several times goose bumps and tears
It’s music that permeates into my bones

Various M83 tracks do that to me... Especially Outro. Yes it has a pause for about 10 seconds after the first movement at around 1:10, but it's in purpose. This song really gives me chills.

Comfortable numb, I saw the wall live the first time round and I got goose bumps from Dave Gilmore's guitar solo.
Many years late I saw Aussie Floyd and had the same goosebumps when they did the solo |

"Oh, so many songs give me a skingasm!"
That is the BEST word for it!
And I’m so glad it’s not just me. That visceral, *physical* reaction. It’s involuntary. When a song hits you. Like, *really* hits you. And the goosebumps appear. The hairs on your arms stand up. You shiver, a little. And you smile. Ear to ear.
Skingasm. Yes.
