"Today 9/10
Yesterday was more like 4/10
I’m glad things have improved since yesterday! What has put a smile on your face today? " a day off from being a parent, went to my local mens shed which is always guaranteed to bring my mood back up, and managing to get £23 knocked off my broadband bill for the next 2 years |

Today was mostly 8/ 10 then I got some news earlier ( nothing drastic, very silly in the grand scheme of things ) that has sent it in reverse so Currently around a 4/5... but bollocks... like chumbawumba once said... I get knocked down but I get up again ..lol |

Anything that takes you from an 8 to a 4/5 is not silly at all! I like your mindset about recovering from a setback |

Today has been a mixed bag of the wonderful and not-so-wonderful. Such is life.
What can we do to help you end the day on a 10? "
I'd like a forum choir to sing me a rendition of "Suddenly Seymour" from The Little Shop of Horrors, please |

I rarely add anything to these sorts of thread, but today I will.
I'm feeling that today was a good day.
Had an amazing sleep, woke up and smiled at the world. Looked in the mirror, and went, embrace the reflection. Quickly put clothes on. Fast forward, work was good, lovely messages, happy vibes, new pictures on fab (they aren't the best, but I look ok), have beautiful friends and family.
Definitely good vibes.🤗

When I look at anything involving news or current affairs that drops significantly so for the remainder of the day I shall be concentrating on titties |

I woke at 5am, cried myself back to sleep at 6.30am.
The day has improved, but it's defo not been a great day
I'm doing some riverside volunteering tomorrow which will definitely pick me up 💕💕
... so in summary probably a 4-5, but rising xx |

9.5/10; thank you for asking OP.
I had a brilliant night away and now I'm feeling a bit... like I need an early night and a hot chocolate so took off .5. Kind of like a drop but hard to explain. |

Aside from being totally exhausted from a physically difficult day in the heat yesterday, not getting enough sleep last night and getting home to find Yodel had delivered someone else's parcel to me instead of my £75 item, I'm doing pretty good.
My feet are really painful though, so I might have another terrible sleep tonight, and I have to deal with Yodel customer services tomorrow before going into London to the theatre.
Still 🙂 though. |

The situation right now is pretty shit so that’s understandable. Hopefully things get better and people can start loving again rather than hating. |

Today has been a day of many parts. An early morning foray back into the lands of my youth was actually quite pleasant even though it meant getting up super early and doing things for other people (again). I enjoyed the drive, in the sun, with Mr Blue Sky etc. blasting out. 9/10
Counselling 2/10 - too much brain stuff.
Support group - 5/10 - more brain stuff but less bad because of the earlier counselling.
I've not eaten anything proper today but not hungry. Too much has pinged out of Pandora's box |

Today I am a 10 because I spent the morning catching up with a friend and the rest of the day with one of my favourite people.
These last few days have been really stressful, but I've had some highlights. All in all, life is pretty good |

Internally and overall... I'd score myself around 3.
With moments of 6, 7 and even 8 when lifted by my kids, friends, colleagues and nature.
Thanks for asking. It has been a tough year or so for lots of reasons.
I am safe though, I'm grateful for that. I have much to be grateful for.

If you feel like crying, then cry. There's no shame in allowing your emotions to show. Crying is normal, especially around grief.

I find myself on fab a lot. Not because I’m horny but it distracts me from feeling empty sometimes. I’m in a much better mindset than I used to be. Especially right now as I’m on holiday with all my family and the sun does wonders for my mental health. Pool every day, beach days, visiting family, eating better, it’s all helping. I know my mood will drop once I’m back in Uk but I will have fantastic memories of this trip and the darkness that surrounds me will be might lighter and less dense.
For anyone still suffering depression and bad mental health, it will get better. The first step is admitting you’re struggling. People do want to help. You just have to reach out. |
