"on where to live if you had the choice?
City, countryside or a costal location?
Tell us why?"
Suburbia.
All the above are good tourist destinations and they flock in droves in the summer causing mayhem... |

Why not all three?
A countryside cottage for switching off, long countryside walks, slow, and calmness. A place to enjoy the outdoors, tending a garden, etc.
A large city house with spacious interiors full of things that make it your oasis amongst city living.
A seaside bungalow to hide at enjoying the sea, sand, sun, and salt. Neutral decor, outdoor and indoors living spaces. Small enough to not want to spend all your time there but comfortable enough to spend time in when craving the seaside.
Despite the location, the most important bit would be who accompanies you to partake in memories together in these spaces. |

I love the idea of stunning, peaceful surrounding, but realiaty is that I love people and atmosphere.
I think a nice sea view appartment nor far from a busy area would be perfect! |

I would love to live coastal again.
I spent my first 37 years living and working in the Brighton area.
I have since lived in London, rural Ireland and now the interior of Brazil.
I really miss the sea. |

The country side, a nice cabin or old stone cottage with a defender to make the winter drives to the nearest village.
A wood fired hot tub to laze in and take in the star drenched sky.
A few dogs and chickens and plenty of places to hike with the dogs.
I’ve not thought about this at all 😂 |

Huge Log cabin in the woods with no neighbours for at least 2 miles would be good.
Coastal I used to do for months in the summer growing up.
City I'm in now
Countryside is just up the road too

I had this choice 2 years ago and it’s the best thing I ever did.
In the countryside with the coast half an hour away and big cities within 2 hours. Best of all the worlds!
Priority for me was near the sea, I’d like to be walking distance not half hour drive but I live in a much nicer area than if I lived in one of the coastal towns nearby. And half an hour is a damn site closer than the 2-3 hours it used to be.
If budget allowed there would have been other specific areas I’d have explored first but actually I’m pretty happy where I landed |

And now I see why Suffolk is getting so expensive, seems to tick everyone's boxes 😂
I'm in a village, next to river, next to a forest, 2 miles from the sea, less than 2 hours from London and 5 min drive from the shops.... |
