A woke council in Hertfordshire, made famous by past resident David Beckham, is putting a contextual warning label under it's portrait of Sir Winston Churchill. It's reminds of the context of colonialism, racism and sl@@ery. Bizarrly it does not mention smoking with Winnie smiling his Havana. It's a mad mad mad word and it's all over the news |
