"My favourite is a good, simple cheddar, though I'm also partial to mozzarella.
As for why I like it, it's just so...cheesy? Like it has a wonderful cheeseness that I can't quite articulate."
Is mozzarella the squishy one? 🤢 |

The squishy one, yeah. It goes great on pizza or in carbonara. |

Your To Do List |
I'm not a lover of cheese, but I will occasionally have a vintage cheddar (Lincolnshire poacher) with something like sliced onion, melted on toast, a jacket Potato or even over Chicken and Bacon as a kind of "hunters chicken" kind of dish.

I love very mature cheddar, but tbh there's so much variety in exotic cheeses, one of my favourites has pickled onions in it, but love feta, and believe it or not cheese curry!
Paneer is Pakistani/Indian cheese traditionally cooked in a curry. You can even get a paneer biryani. What a versatile food product it is.
In answer to OP's question, the tang in cheese is amazing. Kind of like the sweet and sour tang in a lemon tart. Obviously it's savoury as opposed to sweet. But I reckon it's the tang that I love. |

I don't mind that you don't like cheese, not everyone has good taste and that's absolutely fine.
I like cheese. I could go through a list but I think it'll be showing up your poor palate and it's almost the weekend. Couldn't be so mean to you Daizy. |

I love most cheese so much 😋
I like a nice wenslydale or Cheshire as an everyday cheese.
Also applewood smoked cheese is lush.
It's nice to have a baked cheese to share, like a camembert and crusty bread as a treat. |

"My favourite is Wensleydale with Cranberries. For me the sweetness compliments the cheese very well"
See, I get the sweetness bit, when I was a kid I loved a cheese and pineapple hedgehog, I chucked the cheese away but I loved the pineapple. |

It's futile really trying to convince you and sway you towards the adoption and appreciation for cheese. The turophiles above ^ are wasting their efforts.
I've already blocked you on WhatsApp and Telegram, Daizy, for this thread. I'm so terribly sorry, my wilted flower. 🥀 |

Do you eat pizza with cheese on it?"
No if I want pizza , I go Morrisons and get a fresh made one without cheese |

I love cheddar, strong or mild.
And I love the Stilton.
Just a great easy meal with some tomatoes sliced, slight sprinkle of salt on the tomato with a splash of malt vinegar and a few pickled onions on the side.
A few buttered Jacob’s crackers and bish bosh done. |

Daizy, Daizy , Daizy ......... Only a non cheese lover could ask such a question.
Cheeses are not comparable. They do not compete.
The glory of cheese is that each is unique
from creamy, to nutty to hard to blue to mexican spiced to pineappled, appled and smoked...... a non cheese lover has never lived |

Daizy, maybe, cheese you dislike
But some are piquant and some are just right
A cheese is a friend, a blend of ideas
No tears and no fears for cheese is so dear
Yes, dear and so loved, that chew and that crunch
Or gooey and salty with fruit for a lunch
You see, whether brie, cheddar, St Nectaire
A cheese is a tease that dresses with flair
And dressed with such flair, you surely can see?
A cheese is pure beauty.
Just like you, dear Daizy.
