The acquired status of being a veteran, assuming that means anything 
You do get a good feel for the dynamics here, and adapt if necessary to improve your odds at connecting with people.
I was fab retired until very recently. My return has been...interesting 😁 |

My status also changed to "Joined: over a year ago" just recently. Although, this is my third or fourth Fab incarnation, so I didn't really feel like a newbie this time.
I think going through the serious health issues during my UNLOS period made me realise that life is short, and the answer was to come back and really embrace everything this place has to offer.
And I have..I've made several new friends, I participate on the forums more now, and because of that I've met the most amazing person  |

My situation is slightly different. I've been on Fab for about three years (I think), but two years ago I moved north and changed my career and devoted all my focus to that so I've only just got back into swinging.
Nevertheless, I started swinging in the 1980's when meets were arranged via contact mags (remember those?) and we went to parties rather than clubs so I suppose some would call me a veteran although I'm not sure how you define that term.
What I did notice before I had a break however, was that the more veri's I accumulated the more meets I got. I also got messaged by two clubs asking me if I wanted to come to their Greedy Girls night (of course I accepted).
So now I'm kind of starting again and will be at Sauna Sauna tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have some fun and pick up a veri or two as well. |

Nothing changes per se, but I suppose you get used to rolling with the punches a lot more the more you get used to it.
The last year? It's been interesting at times, boring at others but pretty much take things as they come. |

I’ve had three previous profiles. This one’s from 2017 and it’s staying. I’m excited to get my certificate, voucher and carriage clock in a couple of years.
