No, I don't mean your pants that your mum wrote your name on the label in case they got lost.
When you're a kid it's always exciting to try and find your name on things in gift shops - keyrings, water bottles etc.
But as an adult do you own anything like that? I have a pair of socks with my name on. My mum got them for me. Handy for when I meet new people. I can just check out my ankles and then introduce myself

I have a book mark with my name on, not only is it handy for reminding me of my name, it is also a folding one with magnets so I can clip it over a page and it doesn't fall out and get lost. Only problem is I can never remember which page I was on! |

Two of my kids have the same problem. My problem is my name was popular 25 years before I was born, so you can find it mainly old lady things like on trolley tokens and fold away shopping bags. I'm finally getting to an age where I can appreciate these things |

When is was born a friend of my dad's have me a silver locket engraved with my name with pictures of my parents inside. I dented it chewing on it while teething but still have it and the letter he wrote to me to accompany it. |

I have the gold necklace, with my name on, that my grandparents gave me on my 18th birthday  But I rarely wear it. It's so tiny and delicate, I'd be scared of losing it. |

Paul has a cardboard pack of 3 hankies with P embroidered on a corner.
A long ago Christmas present from his lovely, now departed, dear nan.
He couldn't bear to throw them away.
What horrible things hankies are.
A cloth full of mucus stuffed in your pocket.
Can you imagine the outcry of putting a used bum wipe back in your pocket.

Otherwise, I still have my school calculator which has my initials (I think) etched into the back (done with the point of my pair of compasses).

Even as a child my real name has never featured on those pens/keyrings/etc.
I do have a Toblerone sleeve with my nickname on that a friend got me when you were able to get them printed up.

I have never understood consent or lack of consent on this site
If I had photos from previous relationships they’d be deleted on the end of the relationship and would most definitely never be shared with anyone else.

I have a mug with my name on it; a gift from my step-mum. I believe it was bought because I'd been complaining about other household occupants breaking mugs, and she thought they would leave this one alone as it states clearly who it belongs to. So far it's worked |

My bow has my initials engraved on it.
I have a pen that was a graduation gift with my name on it. Full name including surname. A lot of letters. :D

My birth certificate.
My name was never on any of the seaside tat, as a child.

My real name is Sarah - incredibly common, even in conjunction with my surname. I could have any amount of personalised merch but actually have nothing at all. I do have PPE with my name on but I'm not sure that counts.
I have a necklace that looks as though it might be a name but actually it says Blimey.
I might buy myself a full pack of personalised pens and pencils from the Studio Cards catalogue for Christmas. |

That is still pretty cool. I found my name is on American food products and I'd buy one just for the packaging if I could. I've never seen them on sale in this country though |
