I’m sat here trying to eat a bowl of bran…looking to be a bit healthier and it made me think of cereals of the past or present

What was then or is now your cereal of choice.

I used to like Frosties with extra sugar and top of the milk on them,,,no wonder I’m on bran these days 🤣

I do like a bowl of cornflakes with really cold milk. Not of fan of sweeter cereals like frosties/sugar puffs.

My go to is porridge, with Greek yoghurt and mixed berries.

I know everyone says they hate it/ too dry/like eating sticks, but All Bran is my favourite, I have it pretty much every day. Corn flakes when I’m in the mood for a treat lol

I’ve never looked on cereals as ‘healthier’ in fact quite often the reverse for some brands … when you look at the actual sugar content!!

I prefer a yoghurt, possibly a slice of whole meal toast… or if I have time, a couple of poached eggs xx

As a fat child with a sweet tooth I enjoyed cookie crisp, golden nuggets and sugar puffs. Now as a boring adult I mainly only eat bran flakes and also occasionally treat myself to some mocha Fuel granola

I rarely eat cereal but I do enjoy a few chocolate chip mini Weetabix and used to like cornflakes with cold milk and sliced banana.

Loved a bowl of Frosties with full fat milk after school as a teenager.

Cereal now is honey nut and muesli, with sliced banana and semi skimmed milk.

Been on weetabix lookalikes for years. Not paying the asking price for any big name cereals.

Wheat bisks are compacted items whereas all other cereal products are a con where you get sold a voluminous package mainly containing air.

Just a bowl of Frosties no milk or anything for dessert in the evening.

I can't remember the last time I had cereal for breakfast, for me it's a supper food.

Jordan’s crunchy nut oats. Looking to change as looking in to a food allergy so need to give up that and milk but can’t find anything that I want.

Porridge every week day morning made with coconut milk, dark chocolate, blueberries, raspberries, a few crushed walnuts and a spoonful of honey.

It tastes like a bounty with fruit and nuts or a cabana if you can remember them.
