Got to decorate the lounge for the old Doris as she is away with the bingo mafia
There are four walls to be done three are to be painted fourth is to be a feature wall
Which one do you make a feature of and why ?

Ah right so first wall you see when you walk in room that sounds good cos it is smallest wall in room magnolia walls with red big flowery paper for feature
I love doing things for Mum and Jar of humbugs on way for that great suggestion xxxx

I agree the ceiling. I don't like feature walls, I wouldn't have one wall painted or papered differently as I like all my walls and ceiling painted the same and I always have a neutral colour scheme. For all my colourful dress sense, my home is minimalistic and neutral.
But I do like decorative coving on the ceiling or an elaborate ceiling rose. For those more adventurous how about replicating the Sistine Chapel on your ceiling, that would be nice |
