Are clowns scary 🤡🤡

"Absolutely terrifying. It’s really quite irrational.
My poor kids have never been to a circus "
Is it irrational? I used to be scared of pigs, but I think that’s rational enough, especially if they knew how much I like bacon. |

"I quite like clowns 🥰"
I am thinking that Misty Manor is probably the home of a number of fearsome clowns, such at the one from 'It', or 'Clownhouse', or 'Poltergeist' and of course 'The Clown at Midnight'! |

I would never venture out after dark, and don't tell Midnight about that last one or she will relive the nightmare |

My great aunt had a dark dingy formal dining room with a nasty surprise.
At certain points a cackle would come from a wall and water would be sprayed over an unsuspecting guest.
Imagine a cuckoo clock, but cackling and spraying water, and in the shape of a clown.
My youngest sibling was traumatised. |

I watched a summary on Youtube of 'Chitty Bang Bang' from 1968. I'm glad I never saw it as a small child in the 1960s as the 'Child Catcher' would have given me nightmares. He had a large net and a hook! |

Clowns are not funny but evil reincarnated
They are scary the pranks and antics are there to lull you into believing they are funny sweet and “ happy” …. No they are Not
As for Nuns … black and white clowns - dangerous - my ex was moulded into evil by them
Thank you nuns … |

No, I think my brain just goes "oh it's a clown" and that's it, I don't think any further into it. It's like penny-wise from it (never seen the film but seen the posters etc) doesn't look scary to me. |

I'd rather be stuck in a room with a honey badger than spent 30 seconds in the presence of a clown.
I'm not sure what I dislike more, clowns, people who dress as clowns or people who try and convince everyone else that clowns are fun |

"I have a think for some female clowns
It’s one of my weirder things a female clown is a clunt... so I read.
If they do tricks are they a stunt clunt?
"
If, in addition, they're very forthright, then they're a blunt stunt clunt. |
