It’s always got to be steak.

A BBQ with just burgers and sausages is not worth me going.

There's nothing like wors cooked on a braai! Wors rolls are God's own comfort food.

Guisborough

A favorite of mine is 2 large potatoes chopped into 1cm cubes, a large onion chopped fine or in chunks, and a pack of thick cut bacon also sliced into 1cm pieces.

Mix it all together and make a tinfoil parcel for it (make sure to add some oil so it doesnt stick!). By the time your meat is cooked, the potatoes will have steamed in the juices of the onion and bacon.

Delicious!!

Banana still in its skin. Cut slots in it and put a piece of chocolate in each slot.

Wrap in foil and let it cook

Add cold vanilla custard and enjoy

This reminds me of banana wrapped in bacon on the bbq. It sounds really odd but believe me it really works!

I've done that in the oven, delicious! Dark brown sugar instead of chocolate works well too.
