A nice big silverside with all the trimmings. Which means roast beef sarnies for work tomorrow and a homemade beef curry on tuesday with the leftovers,

Not so bothered with roasts unless all my family are home. Much rather have salmon steaks or a beef steak in that case.

Was meant to have steak last night but ended up making tapas.. So tonight it will be a steak dinner.. then I will cook the salt and pepper pork joint I had made tomorrow...
