She has written a "cookery book" with ingredients costing over 200 quid a day for childrens meals.
Now we don't have children, and we would consider ourselves very fortunate and definitely financially comfortable. However, when we eat out, it's not very often (maybe 2/3 times a year) that we'd spend over 200 quid, so we sure as shit wouldn't be spending 200 quid to cook a meal at home!
What are peoples thoughts on this? Even if you were as wealthy as Ms Paltrow, would you ever spend 200 quid a day on feeding your kids? |

What the hell kind of ingredients are they to cost that much for just one meal?!
Even michelin star meals dont cost that much.
Would like to have a look at it but thats just silly money. |

I don't have a full list, but there was a 14 quid TIN of tuna. I can buy fresh tuna for less... Much less.
Some michelin star chefs charge more than £100 per head to be fair. Even still, it's extortionate! |
