I got to thinking! Is it possible to get two mugs of tea out of one tea bag or am I just an old meanie?

My mum doesn't like strong tea.... So I make mine first, nice and strong, then hers, as she likes it....

80% of the caffeine in a tea bag is released in the first 30 seconds.

So the poor sod with the second cup is virtually getting a cup of decaf.
