People focus on bad habits but what good habits do you have? Do you make the bed after getting up and turn back the duvet halfway to air? When you cut sellotape, do you fold the end so it’s easy find next time? |

We always do the washing up before bed, most of the time it's right after dinner but we will "close the kitchen up" for the night.
Always make the bed, I can be the world's tidest or messiest person, at the moment I'm in my tidy gal era lol |

I’ve started exercising first thing in the morning. It’s often before breakfast.
I also make the bed properly as soon as I get up, top sheet folded down to air the bed. It’s too hot here for a duvet!!!
I’m trying to drink less booze too, skipping midweek drinkies. But whereas I don’t miss the feeling of drinking alcohol, I do miss the taste! I’ve got around 60 bottles of wine on the rack and they keep winking at me!
All in all, I feel good!

Make sure both doors are locked before bed
Never leave keys, bags or wallets somewhere that I am not
Can't go to bed without the washing up being done
Can't go to work without the breakfast pots being done
Stick (as far as is possible) to speed limits
