Has anyone tried the insanity fitness workout for toning up?

I had put a lot of weight on and recently managed to loose nearly 2stone of it again, but struggling to get that tone and definition back as it was before.

The reason you have not got toned is because there is no resistance training involved with insanity. Its a cardio exercise so will help greatly in weight loss if followed properly but it will not tone you. Hope that explains why you not got definition back

Yes I have just about finished it! I am on my last week and have really enjoyed it. It is painful and tiring but it's worth it lol

I haven't started the insanity yet. I have been doing resistance and this is where the problem seems to be. I'm building muscle but just not the same definition as I used too.

Hey i did a post few days ago about it...i was going to start it Friday but going for today as woke up with migrane Fri ...

Have been doing spinning and bodypump at gym which is really good for toning but feel like my body needs a bit of a change of exercise and thought insanity looked great.
