At the National Eisteddfod n Wales, which is a cultural meeting of singing and poetry but without alcohol, travellers on the train will be served sea or lava bread as it is known. Are the Welsh ahead of the curve harvesting this delicacy?

Both the maes (main field) and Maes B (basically a festival of Welsh rock/pop music) have licensed bars. There will be alcohol

I went to the Eisteddfod and not any Laverbread in sight.....I however did have noodles and Welsh Cakes
