Depends what you’re after, do they reduce how quickly you ejaculate, mildly but not restrictive, do they make your cock look and feel 10x harder - absolutely

I find them a turn off, the rubber ones are very pinchy
The metal ones are better but the wide metal ones just detract from the cock (my opinion of course, others may beg to differ)
