Woke up this morning with a couple of things on my mind. Seriously craving a cooked breakfast. Sausage, bacon, eggs, beans and toast with a strong coffee.
What's everyone else craving (clean edition) |

"This morning I was craving for some good news from the network rail trenches, hoping that my passage to Mådchester would go without hindrance or impediment.
So far so good."
You go on trains……
I had you pegged for a chauffeur driven Maybach or Phantom. |

I sometimes take The Caledonian Sleeper...not that there's much sleeping on board.
There's always the The Orient sExpress. |

"Decent sleep.
A good book to get my teeth into.
What genre are you after? I've got plenty of suggestions in fantasy"
To be honest I often struggle with fantasy unless it's stuff set in a hidden world within the real world.
I'm more of a history person overall. |

What genre ? ( book wise )"
I read a lot of historical stuff - fiction and non. But I also like decent crime and authors like Kate Atkinson, Ben Aaronovitch and Robert Harris. |

Have you tried Stuart McBride or Peter James for English themed detective series.
As for fantasy Joe Abercrombie or John Gwynne are both good reads. |
