Reports from Newport in Wales, made famous by Alicia Keys, that a seagull nesting on a roof with seagull chicks caused a 40 day delay and nearly half a million over budget. World gone mad. Seagulls are rats in the sky. It's all over the news

Concrete jungle where dreams are made of, there’s nothing you can’t do. Let’s hear it for Newport.

It’s a classic.

The addition of Sea in front of Gull is superfluous. All Gulls are near the sea. It's part of the definition!!

They can be very aggressive. Seen them kill pigeons, and grab food out of my hand lots of times. Get up to all kinds of antics. Very really are the dinosaurs

London is a city built on a river, not far from its mouth! Wasn't the barrage put in because of the tides that sometimes reached that far?

They just follow the river up from the sea.

Ok! Gulls can travel inland hundreds of miles, no such bird as a seagull

Herring gulls, lesser & great black backed gull, common gulls, black headed gulls and kittiwakes are the ones you mostly see.

Sure gulls will head inland, plough a field and set a timer, 10 mins later hundreds appear. Just they are smart and adapt to their environments.
