Moderately hot..not so hot that you cant actually taste the other food thats in it, otherwise you might as well just have a slice of bread and some west Indian hot pepper sauce..

I highly recommend toasted olive bread with it..

I use scotch bonnets in everything that requires chillis and some that don't!

Fricking excruciating lol. Managed to finally numb it with an ice cube wedged under my foreskin. Then became paranoid I'd given my self frost bite lol.
