Wasn't he just the best showman ever, amazing
I always remember being a really wee girl and playing about in the living room
And 'I want to break free' came on in the background
Stopping what I was doing and being absolutely transfixed by him x |

I remember when I first saw that video. It was my introduction to Queen. Freddie basically pissed charisma. |

I am a little bit in love with my car, as Roger sang so eloquently. Ahead of his time. He could probably marry his car, now |

"Thankyou for doing it grumpy and I think the best band won. I have so many favourites but going with fat bottomed girls"
I've been meaning to ask you, are you named after my favourite Boomtown Rats song, by any chance? X |

Possibly Radio Gaga, as when I was little, I called my grandfather "Gugga", which then evolved to "Gug". I thought it was about him. And it always makes me think of him.
But there are many amazing songs. |

"I'm going to have leave the thread as I'm feeling to need to sing all the words of every song named.
Yes. I am that sad. And old "
They do that don’t they? Hear the start and suddenly we’re all on stage with Freddy. Bonus points if you grab a mop or similar. |

These Are The Days Of Our Lives. Was the funeral song of a loved one so holds a special place. I’m not really a big Queen fan but listen to that occasionally when I’m having one of those days. |

"An off beat one but for some reason I love 39
Brian May on lead vocals.
Him and Roger Taylor sang a good few album tracks in the early days. "
I watched a documentary on Roger Taylor the other day and I was surprised how much input he actually had into the band including the writing and the business side of things ..
And he was Freddies bestie and protector |

"I quite like a track called Tenement Funster, not Freddie on the vocals for a change, the drummer bloke puts in a fairly decent vocal performance and the tracks got a good beat. "
Another one I don't know |

"The Show Must Go On...
"...Inside my heart is breaking
My makeup may be flaking
But my smile, still, stays on."
They recorded is just weeks before he died "
Exactly why this is also my favourite too .. Banging tune and poignant at the same time |
