An old friend of mine who has her internet provided by Shell ( the petrol company) just informed me that she thinks she’s been hacked ,
Having been the victim of this sort of thing before I thought I would warn all the night owls |

Most people don't rely on their internet provider to keep their internet service and equipment safe. If the service is like having an open pipe, along which anything can be pumped, it's still up to the user to be the refiner of the potential crude oil.
Being hacked is potentially horrendous. Is it her computer, email account or what? |
