I’ll leave all the actual football stuff to shags thread…..
But other than football… how are we all doing
For example…. T minus 9 hours… been out to do my normal “pre Monday work shop” stopped in on Greggs for my pre game sausage and bacon sarnie
I would put my current level at nervously calm!
P.s anyone going to get stuff from a Tesco local be advised they are shutting all their shops at 7!!!!!
Local pub has got extended opening hours… don’t know if I want to watch it by myself or in a crowd!
Off to watch today big boy stage at the Tour de France.. should be a good one!!!

I organised a work event for an England game before. About 150 attended unfortunately England lost the game. It was so depressing that I'm still traumatised today. If they win amazing if not its painful.

Still haven't quite focussed in it yet to be nervous. That will come.
In the meantime, just my usual day brought forward a couple of hours - I normally like Sunday evening at the gym, but will brave the afternoon crowd! |

The game has already been played the replay is on at 8pm tonight
Spain won 2-0 and England had a man sent off .
I won't say who it was as I don't want to spoil it for anyone that seen the live game |

Focusing on housework and creocoating the fence, in a vain attempt to keep the nerves at bay.
Watching, as I have done for 30+ years, round my best mate’s house. Only difference this time is there will be no sense of despair at the end of it. Whisper it quietly folks - “It’s com…” ?????

Super efficient….. even had a snooze this afternoon!
Booze in fridge, Chinese takeaway ordered for 7.30!!!
Email written as to why I am working from home tomorrow ready to go... Obviously there is zero chance I would pass a breathalyser if we win!  |
