After spending 3 frustrating days trying to get our location recognised and trying all types of phone resets I’ve found a solution - just download Opera search app. It’s shows who’s local to you - and we immediately got some messages. Can’t do search’s apart from whose near as it doesn’t recognise overseas places but it’s better than nothing |
