Stranded Pilot Whales in Orkney

Reports that 77 Pilot Whales are stranded on an Orkney Island which although ruled by the Scottish, is much closer to Norway which is one of the Scandinavian countries.

They will all die and cannot be helped according to reports. How does this happen? Some blame submarine sonar but it could be just bad luck or a rogue whale navigator getting it wrong. What's your theory and should the meat and blubber be plundered so their deaths are not in vain. It's all over the news

It's re-wilding gone mad.

Don't those re-wilders know the whales don't belong on land?

Maybe they’re economic migrants entering the country illegally, Tom. If that is the case do you think they should be shot or burned at the stake, Tom?

"Send 'em back where they came from! The international water was safe, 'whadda' they wan' coming into our waters! Expecting the SSPCA to look after them AND nicking our jobs, probably."

Interestingly there is some reserch currently being carried out into cruise ships correlation and sea mammals

The hypothesis is comparing the new advent of cruise ships post Covid sailing round the UK and sending electro magic signals which are picked up by sea mammals and affecting their movement patterns

It’s very sad to see such an awful waste of life

I’m shocked you don’t want to send them to Rwanda, Tom.
