You’ll be fine - 99% of the world population survive on one meal a day , you can do it.
I had a traditional breakfast and 2 pints in Wetherspoons at 8:30 am, chips peas and a battered sausage, latte and 12 Doughnuts in Matlock a couple of hours ago, couple more pints are in a Chinese takeaway for dinner. I should be good until about 9 pm |

I had two slices of toast and a soya latte at about 09:15. Nowt else all day.
I'm well aware I'll survive. I've got enough fat for several weeks, possibly months. I'm just tired and headachy after a long day with little energy input, that's all. I can survive a lot longer if necessary. |
