So you receive a message from someone on your hotlist who you've fancied for years and they say come over at 8pm on Wednesday night and you can do what you want. This coincides with a certain football match! What do you do?  |

Not following sports I actually did something similar.
First meet from here, I arranged it at the same time as a rugby match (an important one by all accounts. Is there a world cup for rugby? Whatever the equivalent is).
When I realised I did go back and suggest rearranging, but we just pushed things a bit later, it was all fine.
I think most people would be pretty understanding given the circumstances! |

In my 20s I actually turned down a naked woman who danced in front of the TV when I was concentrating on a footie game.
