With Some god damn positivity!
It’s been 6 years today, since I’ve been sober from my addiction to Tramadol.
And everyday is a constant battle.. & Reminder why I don’t put that stuff into my body anymore.
I’ve met 100’s of great people through therapy, through speaking about my problem. They are many unfortunate people out there still suffering, that could be a friend, a mother, a sister, a brother or your father.
My advice.. Reach out, show them you’re willing to listen & provide help when needed.
My inbox is open, to anyone - who are going through difficult times. Or if they know somebody who is, tell them to reach out I am more than happy & willing to help!

No worries mate, seen too many mates loose battles both physically and mentally, when theres a success story its got to be spread to show it can be done and does happen.
