South of Houma Louisiana - the accent plus the sweltering heat. It makes the air like wading through liquid sex.
I had a conversation with a woman, which entailed her asking me where I am from. Not knowing where England was, then being baffled by the concept of Europe. I mentioned the big wobbly thing that fishes live in - we hit familiar territory - so she started talking about gators and how to butcher them. Somehow she even managed to make that sound sexy. |
