Do you have a regular place you like to visit when you get away?

Or do you like to venture to pastures new when you get the chance?

Weekend trips …. A visit for the day…. Rather than holiday destinations

Spill all fabbers… and maybe why you go there

If local, I like to go up onto the South Downs. But if I go further afield I often find myself going to the Cotswolds a lot.

St Albans/ Welsh Borders

Love a road trip. My son lived in Dundee then Edinburgh for a few years, the highlight was the drive. He now lives in St Albans and the drive south isn't as fun but still fun

Wherever I lay my hat

Have done loads and on a road trip now. Overland from Istanbul back to the UK. My dream road trip would be from Alaska down the west coast of North, Central and South America to the tip of Patagonia.

It's beautiful, get past Liverpool and it's 170 mile of M6 up until the M74 right into Scotland. I always stopped at Tebay services to sit by the duck pond

Mordor

I'm lucky to be on the edge of The Trossachs and Loch Lomond, so have no shortage of beautiful places to go to. I love driving on country roads, through forests, especially if there's a loch at the end.

Farnborough Hampshire

Glasgow.

What a place it is. I find Scottish women are funny, friendly and edgy.

Plenty of great pubs and it's been fascinating to see the regeneration of parts of the city.

Scottish sense of humour I like as well.

I think the only time I had abuse was walking past Celtic park and someone shouted ' break ya legs ya Fenian basta'
