Couple of questions here from an insomniac.
How content are people to go out for a late night walk with their ? (it's 3.20am, and I'm about to walk him).
What do you do to quieten your mind down if you are still awake in the early hours? (not yet gone to bed here) |

I personally wouldn't go out at that time. If I can't sleep, I make a cuppa, curl up on the sofa with the dog and watch a bit of catch up TV. Missed the England game yesterday so watched that and drifted off half hour later |

I'd probably do figure 8's in my neighbourhood at that hour.
There are loads of factors to consider the time changes the distance and the place.
At that hour it's easy for me. If I am wide awake - it's the kettle , a crossword on the comp and I just fall asleep again .....
I find by NOT trying to sleep - sleep comes |

I like walking my dog late at night (usually around midnight and not 3.00am). I live in the suburbs, next to a park, so it is quiet and few people around (always a couple of people in the park having a joint at that time).
Clearly there advantages being a bloke (though most of those who have commented and enjoy walking their dogs at night are women), a further reason I don't have to worry about safety is that my dog is an ugly brute and people are scared of him (though he is a softy and a complete knobhead). |

No it's way too un safe to walk at night down here, worse with a dog as the high big groups of kids love winding them up, I'd only go outside at dawn.
The only way to knock out my overthinking brain, in order to go to sleep, is to flood it with endorphins, either with food or a wank. |
