Some would call me cold, some would call me someone without emotion.

But after having someone break you, your heart, your spirit.. Everything you stood for, is this natural?

My days are dark. We shared a home, a family, beautiful children & she crushed Me.

Is this natural, to feel this hurt?

Yes it probably is natural to feel that way.

Is there anyone you can talk to?

We're complex animals and the only right way to respond after hurt, is what keeps you healthy and able to have the life that you want. Perhaps professor support could help you to progress away from the pain

It’s natural. You will likely feel a roller coaster of emotions ahead.

Sorry about your heartbreak. It may feel unbearable now, but with time it may feel easier to move on. Take your time. Look after yourself. It’s okay to be hurt, and grieve the loss of what you had. You’re human.
