Well actually, I prefer you did. If you're doing something that isn't working, or uncomfortable I'm grown up enough to deal with that and learn.
Example....I'm not keen on oral being performed on me. I like the feeling of being very wet, and I don't get that from it. I find it difficult to ejaculate without being lubricated.

I agree with you OP. It’s all about communication if you want a satisfying experience for both of you.
Having a chat beforehand to get to know each other’s likes and dislikes but also during.
If something isn’t working isn’t it better to move onto to something that does than waste each other’s time.
It’s how we improve. |

Yes more than happy to mention stuff & offer some direction to what I like, you can't expect people to know what you like without some guidance and discussion - we are all different at the end of the day what works for one won't for another. |

I always aim to evaluate and feedback what could be being done etc.
Read the have you faked it thread, for when people don't always do this.
There are just occasional mismatches, that don't mean anyone is in the wrong or poor as a lover. I'm not setting a monogamous relationship up with them though, so I can live with it |

I think framing it as a complaint is part of the issue. It means suggesting they're doing wrong which is why it's so hard to communicate what you want across. I've got better at doing telling them what I want if I trust they don't feel slighted and I hope they feel the same about me so that we both have a better experience  |
