Depends on the scenario.
Costly things = I take a minute.
Angry = There is no minute, I get quite reactive.
Tired = No reasoning or thinking which is why I'm just paying a PCN for using a bus lane because I was bored waiting |

I make fast decisions most of the time.
Occasionally I need more time, not a minute, but time to talk to other people usually before deciding |

I can be impulsive, but when decisions impact on the important things to me or to others, I generally think them through or discuss them with trusted friends as they go round my head a lot.
So silly things like buying my favourite ice-cream when I *should* be economising, sure I think sod it. But say not hanging around for my kids' birthday so I can have days of fun with the other or being selfish with the family car so I can get my rocks off......
Nahhhh, that's not my style. I can be impulsive, but I'd like to think I think of others, so basically I'd say I'm not selfish. Having said that I make mistakes, but it's not impulsive or thoughtless actions done repeatedly for my own gain at the expense of others.
