There's a mate of mine on here that does it and his leg muscles have doubled in size since. He's really fit anyway but while he moans this kills him, I've definitely noticed the results.
Go for it! |

We done it for just short of 2 weeks and had to stop after hurting my ankle but going to restart it in a couple of weeks. Didn't realise some of the muscles existed till they were killing me after the first couple of days |

I've nearly finished it (4 days left) the second months worth of workouts are a lot harder than the first.
It's hard work but if you put the effort in and follow the diet plan then you will see results.
I still don't like switch kicks though!

First. The good news. It works.
IF you do it per instructions. It has to.
A bit like you WILL get healthier if you stop eating shite. Cease swigging booze every night. And stop thinking that exercise includes changing TV channels.
However. The clue is in the name as to th e likelihood of it succeeding long term.
It's an insane system. iE: th evoke who teaches it is borderline certifiable. The folks in it aren't unfit anyway ad never were. And that to succeed after the course you'll have to keep up the bonkers level of exercise which is both practically and mentally impossible. Unless you yourself end p going "quite bonkers"
The secret is moderation in everything. And it has to be importable onto ur life long term. Yes it's great to lose weight fast. But so is starvation and living I the jungle. It's not a viable option for a lifestyle. Unless your lifestyle suddenly becomes thrashing yourself silly each day forever. It not gonna happen.
So don't use the excuse that its nit worth getting fit cos compared to Insanity it isn't. Just do stuff slowly and I'm stages. No more Maccy D visits. Keep away from the sweets aisle. Deny the filth-sticks (fags). Realise wine and beer are best done occasionally and in moderation. And start walking to places. Then cycling. Then running. Then the gym. And then...more energy...and enthusiasm..and more exercise..and more weight loss and life expectancy. Think long term. Not short term "results".
Why else do these so called fitness 'celebs' put so the weight back on after they've done the exercise vids. That'll be cos they were supported insane style by personal diet and fitness trainers.
After they've gone...pass me that burger. Fuck this exercise regime for a lark...Got me contractual cheque!
Is that clear enough for yIu now?
Thanks x |

"Has anyone tried to do this for 60days...ive just got it and am going to start tomorrow "
I know a few who have completed it , gained results and been happy with it. The most common positive comment is they feel it helped them develop a new level of disciine re exercise. The maintainance of the gains being straightforward after the pains of getting there.
Have not tried it myself as I have so many different modes of training. This requires total focus. The he's of luck with it. |
