Depends how well I know them, are they asking just because it's something to say? Are they genuinely interested in actually knowing? If I go into actual details; how much is enough? So many questions lol

its one of those opening comments that is not always looking for the full and correct response, its like the how are you doing today, they really dont want you to go into full descriptive mode of every ailment you currently have

I had a great weekend, I’m finally crab free, the warts have subsided over the weekend, and I took advantage of it being summer, by having my 2nd shower of the month.

I say "grand" which is the default response to all questions in Ireland. If pressed for further information the next one is "Ah, sure you know yourself"
