No, it really bloody isn't. Even on an "open stretch of road" you can't predict what's likely to happen. This is a terminally bad idea, massively immature and frankly beyond stupid. If you think it's acceptable under any circumstances, then you need to wake up, and you shouldn't be allowed to operate a vehicle.
