Just been getting random text from an unknown number, being abusive, how can I block the number please help

Get in touch with your service provider and they can block it for you.

You'll find they take abusive texts and calls very seriously

If you're using an Android device.you can download smsblocker by optimo for free from google play.

Open google play and search for smsblocker. I use it and highly recommend it.

You can't receive a text from an unknown number, only a phone call.

I think they mean that it's just coming up with the number. And they don't know who the number belongs to.

You should have an app on your phone called 'play store' or 'google play store', open it, at the top there is a little magnifying glass, this is the search option, type in 'smsblocker' and it will open a new window, select the app and it will download and install automatically.

Some companies withhold their number, instead it displays a company name or 'unknown' you can't reply to them but can receive them...
