yep may have one, is that when you cant look at your feet without feeling like you want to throw up!
Who has the cure?
Currently eaten a full english, toast, now on chocolate and 60 million cups of tea.
dont suggest raw eggs - think that would just do one of those quick visits in and straight out again!!

The damage is done. No matter how much I've d*unk the night before if I can manage to remember to drink a pint of water and a few paracetamol I will wake up hangover free.
If not I cannot function the next day and it takes ages. |

i dont drink much very often - the last time took me 3 days before i could eat anything - so already better than that one "

I'm now at the age where I'm not sure the drinking is worth the pain the next day...am I now officially grown up?"
my last one was February - so going well!! but that lasted 3 days, so this is not as bad, im using it as a warm up for next weekend  |

i drank the water before i went to bed - then had to get up to use the loo about 3 times in the night, crashing into the walls ...I always worry about taking paracetamol or anything like that on that much alcohol xx |

For me …
Peanut butter on toast with yeast extract but the key is the banana on top !
This helps with replacing salts, phosphates and a helps too
Or you could always go for a Bloody Mary ! -plan B |
