A few years ago, I noticed a much younger lad had copied much of mine, which was strange.
I noticed because he kept looking at me, when I asked him why he'd just copied, he said he liked it and some of it applied to him.

Has your success on fab been due to the precise order of words on your profile? Im assuming not, and as you wrote something worthy of plagiarism you are equally capable of rewriting it as and when you want to, something your plagiarist likely cannot do.
So ignore it. |

I've had this happen 3 times that I know of in the past including by a regular forum poster who had been on the site much longer than I have.
All three borrowed my pics too and attached them to messages.
I wasn't flattered because some of those messages were abusive and the recipients reported them as such and some people wrongly associated me with them because they couldn't even be arsed to remove my name from the pics.
There is very little that can be done but I don't take it as compliment. |
