Are they actually low in fat? Because I scran the whole packet from the work biscuit tin and feel immense guilt but if they are low in fat I’ll continue scranning them |

A friend of mine has always been as thin as a coroner's needle, and he attributes it to eating jalapeño peppers as snack food. They fill you up through reacting with your stomach, the heat makes you drink more water and are also low in calories. |
